About Wendy
Hi there! My name is Wendy, and I am a California-based Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist, Mindful & Instinctive Eating Practitioner, foodie, and fitness junkie on a mission to help others lead healthy and happy lives. When I am not working, most of my time revolves around doing activities like jogging, yoga, pilates, snowboarding, and baking.

I can help you with, diabetes management, weight management, chronic disease management, meal planning, grocery shopping, healthy recipes and more. I focus on science-driven wellness strategies for busy people and have extensive clinical training.
Your first session with Wendy
You can expect your first session to include a brief introduction, and intake form review, diet education, goal setting, and time to discuss your session schedule. To set you up for success, we usually don't use every tool all at once, together we collaborate to decide which tools we'll use first and how we can best fit them into your current life. Those become the short-term goals -- the week to week action plan that leads you towards your big picture health goal.
