Approach to care
A patient-first approach. Mindful and thoughtful changes taken a few at a time until mastery is achieved. These steps are taken with compassion because change is hard but not impossible. All interventions are negotiated with and approved by the patient. What do you want to change? What are your goals? Where do you want to be next year at this time?
Your first session with Wendy
A thorough interview of your goals and desires for your health. We will talk about your preferences, health history, allergies, habits, household, budget, shopping style, cooking style (or lack thereof - it's OK), flavor profile. Then we will talk about your health goals and how they fit into your personal values. Finally, we can roughly outline a plan of action and begin to set some changes or interventions to start making headway.
