About Whitney

Hi, I’m Whitney! I’m a functional registered dietitian passionate about helping clients reclaim energy, balance hormones, and relieve digestive discomfort through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I believe food is more than fuel, it has the power to nourish, heal, and reconnect you with your body. My own struggles with PCOS, acne, hair loss, and gut issues have deepened my understanding of how to restore health by addressing both internal and external factors. With advanced training in integrative nutrition and functional testing, I’m here to help you feel your best, find joy in food, and build a lasting, supportive relationship with your body.

Approach to care

My own experience with PCOS, acne, hair loss, and gut issues shaped the way I practice today. I’ve learned that healing happens when we look at both internal and external factors, nourishing the body while supporting the mind and environment it lives in. With advanced training in integrative nutrition and functional testing, my approach is root-cause focused and fully personalized. Using food and mood journals, blood work, and functional labs, we’ll uncover what your body truly needs to thrive. Every recommendation is unique to you because there’s no one-size-fits-all path to wellness. Together, we’ll create sustainable habits, set realistic goals, and restore balance so you can feel your best and enjoy lasting results.

Your first session with Whitney

Your first session is a safe space to share your story, your medical and nutrition history, lifestyle habits, and the symptoms you’re ready to improve. From there, we’ll co-create a realistic, approachable plan that meets you where you are. If you’re ready to be an active partner in your healing journey and willing to implement nutrition and lifestyle changes consistently, then we’re the perfect fit. You’ll leave our first session with clear, personalized action steps to start building a strong foundation for your health journey.
