About Whitney
Hi, I’m Whitney, a Registered Dietitian with 13 years of experience in community health. I hold a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and an AAS in Culinary Arts, and I blend science with practical lifestyle and cooking know-how. I’ve supported families with pre-and postnatal nutrition, healthy eating for a busy life, recipe guidance, formula feeding, starting solids, allergen introduction, baby-led weaning, picky eating, and all things breastfeeding. I’m grateful to use my CLC credential to support pregnant and breastfeeding women. I also focus on women's health and fertility, having had my own experience with infertility and IVF.
Approach to care
My care philosophy centers on evidence-based practice shaped by empathy and collaboration. I believe in sustainable habits that lead to lasting change, not quick fixes. We’ll work together to build clear, doable steps that fit your life, values, and goals. I honor Health At Every Size and focus on behaviors, nourishment, and well-being rather than a number on the scale. My practice is holistic, considering sleep, stress, routines, and your relationship with food, so you feel supported and empowered. My CLC credential guides thoughtful, practical guidance for pregnancy and breastfeeding journeys.
Your first session with Whitney
Our first visit is all about you. We’ll review your medical history and lab work, dive into your relationship with food, and set short-term goals that feel doable. I’ll ask about your lifestyle, routines, and what motivates you, in a warm, nonjudgmental space. You don’t need to arrive with a perfect plan—just show up as you are. Together we’ll map out a clear starting point and your next steps, so you feel confident moving forward.
