About Whitney
My experience as a registered dietitian for 17 years has been focused on physical and cognitive performance, sport performance, optimizing health and promoting overall lifestyle changes to support long-term success. I have worked in several different settings including healthcare, professional sports, military/ tactical, and private clinics. I aim to make nutrition as tangible and realistic as possible so that it can fit into busy lifestyles without adding to the mental load.

My nutrition coaching is client-centered, starting with building rapport and understanding your unique goals and values. I focus on creating realistic, individualized strategies that fit your lifestyle. Together, we monitor progress, adjust as needed, and problem-solve challenges to support long-term success.

You can expect support, guidance, privacy, and open communication. I will take the time to get to know you and your goals. I aim to reduce the “nutrition noise” by focusing on strategies that matter most rather than one-size-fits-all trends. My goal is to provide clarity and confidence so you feel empowered in your choices.
