Hi! I'm Whitney, a Registered Dietitian with a Masterās in Exercise Science and over 10 years of experience helping people improve their health through personalized nutrition. My background spans everything from performance nutrition to everyday wellness, and I love guiding clients through their unique health journeys, whether that means weight loss, weight gain, injury recovery, or simply building healthier habits. Before joining Nourish, I worked as a Sports Dietitian for collegiate and professional teams, creating nutrition plans tailored to individual needs. While my foundation is in performance nutrition, my work has expanded over the years to support a broad range of clients, busy professionals, parents, individuals navigating health conditions, and those simply wanting to feel more in control of their health.

Your first session with Whitney
In our first session together, Iāll take the time to really get to know you, your goals, daily habits, medical history, lifestyle, and relationship with food. I want to understand the full picture so we can build a nutrition plan thatās realistic, personalized, and aligned with what matters most to you. Thereās no judgment here, just a supportive space where we talk through whatās working, whatās challenging, and where you'd like to see change. Whether you're navigating weight changes, trying to build healthier habits, managing a health condition, or looking for accountability, weāll set achievable goals together and create a plan that feels doable from day one.
