About William
My interest in nutrition started from a young age after needing help from a dietitian in high school. I then turned that interest of nutrition into a Master's degree so I could then help others. With over six years of experience in the healthcare world, I am ready to help you change your diet so you can change your life.
Approach to care
My approach to care is that every food has a place in your diet; it is just a matter of how often and how much. A good diet is able to have flexibility to allow your favorite foods to still be there. Together we can work on customizing your diet to meet your needs and preferences, while still aiming to achieve your goal(s).
Your first session with William
During your first session, we will start by focusing on your health journey (where you have started from and where you are aiming to go). By the end of the session we will set goals or steps to help you be successful. I look forward to working with you!
