About Windsor
I am a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience helping individuals make sustainable, healthy choices. Having grown up as a military child and lived across the United States, I bring a broad perspective and deep understanding of diverse food cultures and challenges. Now based in a small town within a food desert, I am especially passionate about improving access to nutritious foods and supporting people in finding practical solutions that fit their lives. Known as a thoughtful listener, I focus on meeting people where they are and guiding them toward lasting wellness.
Approach to care
As a dietitian, I believe nutrition care should be personalized, practical and compassionate. I take time to listen and understand each person's story, values, and challenges, recognizing that health is shaped by more than just food- it's about access, culture, lifestyle, and community. my approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, but flexible enough to adapt to real-life circumstances. I aim to empower people with knowledge, skills, and realistic strategies that support lasting health and well-being.
Your first session with Windsor
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about your health history, daily routines, food preferences, and any challenges you are facing. I'll take time to listen and understand your goals so we can create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable for you. Together, we'll outline next steps-whether that's setting small achievable goals, exploring meal ideas or addressing specific health concerns. By the end of the session, you'll have a clear starting point and a supportive partner to walk with you on your journey to better health.
