About Xunyi

Hi, I’m Xunyi, or feel free to call me "Jojo", a Registered Dietitian with six years of experience helping people navigate food and health. I earned my MS in Clinical Nutrition from Immaculata University and a BS in Nutrition Sciences from Drexel University. My clinical work, along with corporate wellness programs, has shown me how thoughtful nutrition supports thriving at work, home, and in everyday moments. When I’m not collaborating with clients, you’ll find me climbing rocks, collecting recipes and cooking from scratch in under 30 minutes, or cuddling with my cats and my baby boy. I use my credentials: CDCES, CD, RD, and RDN to stay grounded in evidence while honoring what matters to you.

Approach to care

My care philosophy sits at the intersection of science and everyday life. I rely on evidence-based nutrition while honoring your whole story. I’ll listen with curiosity, meet you where you are, and guide you with warmth and practicality. We’ll translate research into doable steps, with regular check-ins and clear next moves. I practice from a Health At Every Size perspective, focusing on sustainable behaviors rather than numbers, and I treat you as a whole person whose sleep, mood, and daily routines matter to your health.

Your first session with Xunyi

Think of our first appointment as a warm conversation rather than a test. Our goal is to understand your view toward food, your routines, and what you want to change or refine. We’ll explore your history with eating, what has worked, and where you’ve felt stuck. By the end, we’ll agree on 1 to 2 simple, personalized steps to get you moving forward. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; I’ll meet you where you are and support you with clear next steps.
