About Yaelle

Hi, I’m Yaelle—Registered Dietitian, mom, and someone who cares deeply about helping people feel confident and supported in their relationship with food. I specialize in diabetes management and women’s health, with a special focus on pregnancy and postpartum nutrition. Whether you're navigating gestational diabetes, preparing for pregnancy, or adjusting to postpartum life, I’m here to support you with real-life strategies that work. Together, we’ll create a sustainable, balanced approach that supports your blood sugar, energy, recovery, and overall well-being. I’m here to help you feel nourished, informed, and empowered in a season that’s full of change.

Approach to care

I understand that nutrition during pregnancy and after birth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about feeling steady, supported, and well cared for. My approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in science. I’ve worked with many women through gestational diabetes and postpartum recovery, helping them feel less overwhelmed and more confident with food. In past research, I explored the epigenetic impact of nutrition in gestational diabetes, particularly how nutrients like choline may shape long-term outcomes for both mother and baby. That lens continues to inform how I approach care—with a focus on nourishment that supports health today and in the future.

Your first session with Yaelle

Our first session is a chance to connect—no pressure, just a real conversation. We’ll talk about your routine, challenges, and goals, and begin building a plan that supports your life, your body, and your needs. I currently see clients Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time.

Education

CUNY Brooklyn College Priority Nutrition Care dietetic internship

Hobbies

Outside of work, I’m often painting with my kids or enjoying a quiet moment with family. I get that life is full—your nutrition plan should support that, not complicate it. Let’s work together to make food feel less stressful, more nourishing, and aligned with the life you want to live.
