About Yiwen
Hi! Iâm Yiwen, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer passionate about the intersection of food, movement, and mindset. I believe nutrition is deeply personal, and thereâs no one-size-fits-all approach. I specialize in helping people build sustainable habits, improve their relationship with food, and feel stronger inside and out. Whether your goals are related to weight loss, strength, energy, or just feeling better in your body, Iâm here to support you with empathy, education, and a little humor along the wayâbecause life is meant to be enjoyed. And yes, snacks are absolutely part of the plan.
Approach to care
I combine evidence-based nutrition with behavior change coaching to help you make progress without feeling restricted. My approach is kind, non-judgmental, and deeply collaborative. Together, weâll set realistic SMART goals and use weekly check-ins to celebrate wins, work through challenges, and adjust as needed.

This is a chance for me to really understand your lifestyle, preferences, and challenges so we can build a personalized plan together. Youâll leave the session with clarity, next steps, and hopefully feeling more empowered about your health journey.
