About Yun

Hi! My name is Yun, I go by Rose. I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 5 years. My journey into nutrition began while studying nursing in Singapore, where I realized the impact of poor food choices. My passion grew over the years as a nursing student and when I graduated from nursing school, I decided to purse the field of nutrition and dietetics as I wanted to focus on prevention. This inspired me to pursue a degree in Nutrition, and now I hold both a B.S. in Nutrition Science and an M.P.H. in Nutrition.

Approach to care

I specialize in chronic disease management, weight mangement, disordered eating, intuitive eating, maternity/fertility health and infant allergy prevention. My mission is to offer holistic, individualized care, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and supported. No matter your condition, I’m here to help you find long-term success through realistic persistence and consistency.

Your first session with Yun

During your first session, I will be gathering lots of basic health data such as your past medical history, medications, recent lab work and your eating patterns. Based on the information you provide, I will suggest some recommendations and develop a plan for your follow up sessions. Generally, I ask that my clients will commit to at least 10-12 sessions over the course of 6 months as this will allow us enough time to ensure a deep understanding of nutrition and also allow time to develop new habits and eventually, see results!
