Zach DeSimone has worked two seasons with elite professional athletes as a Performance Dietitian with the Las Vegas Raiders. He has gained cutting-edge experience in performance at the highest level. Zach graduated from The University of Rhode Island (URI) in 2020 with his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science. He completed his dietetic internship and Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at URI in 2022. Zach specializes in optimizing nutrition to enhance performance and health metrics through hyper-personalized plans.
