Hi everyone! I am a Registered Dietitian, originally from Virginia, though moved to Pennsylvania to pursue a PhD in Nutritional Sciences. I am also a proud member of the National Lipid Association and work in the Diet and Cardiometabolic Health Lab at Pennsylvania State University, conducting cutting edge research. Looking forward to working with you! :)

I take a collaborative approach to nutrition care, as there is no one size fits all approach. I focus on building realistic, habits that you can stick to, rather than "quick fixes." My care is rooted in evidence-based practice and I have extensive experience crafting plans unique and tailored to YOU!
Your first session with Zachary
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing your goals, health history, lifestyle, and any challenges you’ve faced around nutrition. I’ll ask questions to better understand your needs, answer any questions you have, and work with you to outline a plan tailored to your priorities. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of next steps and realistic strategies to begin implementing right away.
