About Zoe
Hi, Iâm Zoe Duran, RDNâa dietitian passionate about helping people break free from diet culture and build a sustainable, joyful relationship with food while reaching your goals. I specialize in hormone health, weight management, and cognitive-behavior-based nutrition- guiding clients toward lasting changes without the overwhelm of traditional dieting. With nearly a decade of coaching, research, and education, I help adults and youth struggling with dieting and disordered eating find balance through evidence-based strategies that support both physical and mental well-being. My goal is to empower you with knowledge, skills and a mindset that makes intentional, satisfying choices feel natural
Approach to care
Nutrition should feel empowering, not restrictive. My approach is realistic, evidence-based, and rooted in cognitive-behavioral strategies, helping you build habits that fit your life and health goals. Instead of quick fixes or strict food rules, weâll focus on nourishing your body, balancing hormones, and improving metabolism in a way that feels natural and sustainable. I help clients build a balanced, joyful relationship with foodâone that supports both physical well-being and emotional health. Letâs create a nutrition plan that works for youânot against you.
