She aims to give patients tools to implement sustainable health behaviors that work with their individual lifestyle and last a lifetime. Through counseling and education Zoe works to empower patients to seek health holistically in a way that supports their physical, mental, and emotional needs. She can help cut you cut through all the noise and myths around nutrition and help you find solutions that are right for you.

Your first session with Zoe

In your initial session with Zoe, you'll begin with a nutrition assessment. She will ask questions to better understand your medical history, nutritional habits, goals, and lifestyle. This will enable her to develop a comprehensive pathway tailored to your needs. Once the assessment is complete, she will provide you with a few actionable steps to work on between sessions.
