About Zoe
Hi, I’m Zoe Halbert—a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, licensed in the state of Texas. I’ve spent the past 7 years working in outpatient nutrition counseling, helping people just like you find peace with food and feel more at home in their bodies. My mission is to support you in building a healthier, more balanced relationship with food—one that works with your life, not against it. I’m here to provide guidance without judgment, and to offer practical tools that help you make sustainable changes over time.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should be empowering—not stressful or confusing. My approach is rooted in compassion and realism. I’ll help you cut through all the conflicting messages out there and focus on what actually works for you. Together, we’ll find strategies that support your physical, mental, and emotional health. Whether you're improving your relationship with food, trying to manage or prevent chronic disease, or just wanting to feel better in your everyday life, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at your own pace.
Your first session with Zoe
In our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you—your health history, eating habits, goals, and lifestyle. This initial assessment helps me create a plan that’s tailored specifically to you. You’ll leave with a few realistic steps to start working on right away, and we’ll continue building from there in future sessions.
