About Zoe
Hi, I'm Zoe. I'm a Registered Dietitian with 3 years of experience. I earned a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics with an emphasize on Sustainability from Western Michigan University. I continued my education and received an MS in Exercise Physiology with an emphasize on Sport Nutrition from Florida State University. My career spans clinical and hospital settings, community health, sports nutrition, and research roles, plus hands-on work as an inpatient ICU dietitian, exercise physiologist and outpatient dietitian in cardiac rehab, a dance instructor, a group fitness instructor, and a personal trainer. I love sourdough baking, dancing, hiking to explore all 63 national parks, running, biking, and reading. I’m motivated by community and connecting people, and I believe progress over perfection guides lasting change. When I’m not seeing clients, you’ll often find me sharing a story, a recipe, or a trail map with friends.
Approach to care
My approach is evidence-based and science-forward, yet rooted in empathy and warmth. I’ll walk beside you in a judgment-free space, translating complex nutrition science into practical steps you can actually implement. We’ll set clear, action-oriented goals and track progress in a way that honors HAES and weight-neutral values. I focus on holistic health, considering sleep, stress, activity, and mindset, not just food. Educational and collaborative, my aim is to empower you with knowledge so you can decide what fits your life long after our sessions. Together, we’ll build sustainable habits that feel doable and hopeful.
Your first session with Zoe
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history, talk through your goals, and look at lab work or biometrics to understand your starting point. No need to have everything figured out beforehand. It’s a collaborative conversation where you can share what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what you hope for. By the end, we’ll set 1 to 2 realistic short-term targets and outline the next steps so you leave with a clear, doable plan and a sense of momentum.
