About Zoe

Hi! I am Zoe, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people build a peaceful and nourishing relationship with food. I believe that nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful, and that everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable around food. Food should not be demonized and all foods have a rightful place in ones life. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time with family and friends, spending time outdoors, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and my Master of Science in Nutrition from Boston University.

Approach to care

I take a non-diet, weight-neutral, and non-judgmental approach to nutrition. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to create realistic nutrition goals that support your lifestyle and overall well-being. I use motivational interviewing and evidence-based care to guide our work, helping you build confidence, gain practical nutrition knowledge, and develop a more balanced relationship with food—without guilt or restriction. Together, we’ll focus on progress, not perfection, and find ways to make nourishment feel more accessible and enjoyable.

Your first session with Zoe

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to Nourish. I’ll ask about your relationship with food, eating patterns, and goals so we can create a plan that truly fits your life. This is a judgment-free space—there’s no ā€œperfectā€ way to eat, and you don’t need to have it all figured out. Together, we’ll start identifying small, realistic steps that feel doable and supportive. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and encouraged about your next steps.
