About Zoe
Hello! I’m Zoe Nzimande, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I help people build healthier, more peaceful relationships with food—without restriction, shame, or losing the cultural and comfort foods that matter most. My goal is to support you in feeling confident, nourished, and empowered in your everyday choices.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is rooted in inclusivity, collaboration, and practicality. I believe food is more than fuel; it's tradition, connection, and joy. My approach is culturally sensitive and focuses on developing sustainable habits rather than adhering to strict diets. Together, we will work on improving your blood sugar, energy, your relationship with food, and overall wellness without giving up the foods you love.
Your first session with Zoe
In our first session, we’ll take the time to discuss your goals, current challenges, and what truly matters most to you. Together, we’ll create a personalized and realistic plan that supports your health, builds confidence, and helps you make progress without guilt, pressure, or restriction.
