About Zoe

Hi, I'm Zoe, registered dietitian! I grew up in Austin, TX but am currently located in Los Angeles, CA. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Nutrition, then moved up to Dallas to obtain my Master of Clinical Nutrition Degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. As a dietitian, I have always been passionate about providing care that is inclusive and non-judgemental. My time working in eating disorder treatment centers has allowed me to hone my counseling skills to support individuals meet their health and nutrition goals in a way that is sustainable and improves quality of life.

Approach to care

As an anti-diet registered dietitian, I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I specialize in nutrition counseling for disordered eating and eating disorders, drawing on the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating to guide a compassionate, individualized approach to care. With experience working in eating disorder treatment, I understand the complexities and co-occurring challenges that often accompany disordered habits. My role is to provide kind, non-judgmental support, creating a safe space where clients feel seen, respected, and understood. I believe recovery is about so much more than what’s on your plate—it’s about leaving diets behind and developing a sustainable, peaceful relationship with food and body.

Your first session with Zoe

In our first session, we will explore your health journey, lifestyle, and relationship with food to support me understanding you at a human level. We will figure out what has and has not worked for you in the past and discuss other healthcare clinicians you have on your team in order to create a care plan tailored to your needs and goals. Together, we will work toward progress that honors both physical and emotional well-being, at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. Above all, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and encouragement, helping you move toward freedom from food rules and the confidence to nourish yourself in a way that feels balanced, fulfilling, and true to you.
