About Zoya

Hello, I’m a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. I became a dietitian because I care about helping people feel better in their everyday lives. I believe that steady, realistic changes lead to lasting results. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who are managing long-term health conditions. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you're given a list of “do’s and don’ts” without clear guidance on how to apply them in real life. My approach is thoughtful and practical. I value clear communication, small consistent steps, and creating plans that work within your lifestyle. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, exercising, and making home-cooked meals.

Approach to care

Health conditions can make eating feel complicated. My goal is to bring clarity and structure without adding stress. I take a thoughtful, step-by-step approach by helping you understand how food supports your body while creating a plan that feels manageable. We will focus on what you can include rather than only what to avoid. Progress doesn’t require perfection, instead making small, intentional changes consistently lead to meaningful results over time. You deserve guidance that feels steady, realistic, and supportive.

Your first session with Zoya

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your medical/health history, current concerns, eating patterns, daily routine, and any recent lab results or diagnoses that brought you here. Together, we’ll: • Clarify your goals • Identify any challenges you’re facing • Discuss practical starting steps • Create a plan that feels realistic and manageable
