As a board-certified sports dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Physiology from Columbia University, my goal empower athletes and athletic people to fuel with purpose and live with intention. With years of experience working across professional sports, collegiate athletics, and private practice, I specialize in helping individuals optimize performance, recovery, and long-term health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition strategies. At Nourish, I work with clients 1:1 to develop customized fueling plans that align with their training demands, lifestyle, and goals. We’ll take a deep dive into your current routines, goals, challenges, and day-to-day lifestyle—so I can get a clear picture of how nutrition fits into the bigger picture of your performance and well-being. We’ll cover: Your training and recovery schedule Current eating habits and preferences Hydration, supplementation, sleep, and travel routines Medical history, lab data (if available), and any ongoing concerns Short- and long-term performance or health goals Together, we’ll identify key areas of opportunity and begin crafting a personalized plan that’s realistic, purposeful, and built to evolve. You’ll leave the session with clear next steps and practical strategies you can implement right away. This is a collaborative space—judgment-free, science-based, and always tailored to you.
