About Eric
Eric has been a Registered Dietitian for almost 10 years, and has had the privilege of working with people with a multitude of conditions: diabetes management, cardiovascular health, weight management, pediatrics, just to name a few. Eric offers judgement-free consultations in a supportive, encouraging environment, and he is thrilled to help you along your health and wellness journey!
Approach to care
My approach as a dietitian has always focused on moderation and balance; believing that all foods can fit into an overall healthy lifestyle. There is no such thing as bad foods! Food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared!
Your first session with Eric
During our first session, you can expect a non-judgmental, friendly conversation during which I am able to learn more about you, your health, and your nutrition-related history and goals. Think of our session as a simple conversation to talk about your health goals and come up with a personalized plan for how you will reach those goals. :) Weekend appointments available!
