About Natalie
Hi! My name is Natalie and I specialize in helping athletes optimize their health and performance using a holistic approach. I am a lifelong athlete and have had a passion for nutrition since 6th grade, when I first discovered the power of healthy eating. In my younger years, I struggled with diet culture mentality that eventually led to disordered eating from bulimia to orthorexia. That dark part of my past was my primary motivation for helping others develop a healthy and thriving relationship with food and body while pursuing their health and performance goals. I hope to get to know you. You deserve to feel your best from the inside out and I look forward to helping you get there.
Approach to care
I started my private practice so I could have more control in helping my clients address the root cause of their conditions, instead of addressing the symptoms alone. Over the past several years, I’ve helped hundreds (300+) of female athletes with gut and digestive issues (like IBS, bloating and constipation), hormonal imbalances, disordered eating behaviors, body image, veganism, weight loss, muscle building, obesity, autoimmune diseases, and more. I believe that we are truly limitless and it’s my intention to help you remove nutrition as a barrier from becoming your best self. My approach doesn’t focus on shortcuts, but rather holistic lifestyle changes that lead to lasting results.
Your first session with Natalie
During our first session, my goal is to get to know YOU - including your goals, struggles, fears and desired results. From there, we will work together to create a plan of action to help you meet your goals in a sustainable way. In every session, you can expect to gain valuable nutrition insights, deepen your understanding of your unique dietary needs, and be empowered to take small but digestable steps to re-claiming your power, as it relates to food and nutrition. No matter where you are in your journey, I will support and encourage you every step of the way.
