I grow up on the coast of MS and have always loved the country life! I now live in the country in a small town where I love to garden, homestead, flower farm, and raise my amazing 4 sons with my husband! I am passionate about a holistic approach to health and wellness and became a Registered Dietitian 16 years ago to help others see nutrition as a powerful tool to combat chronic disease! I have helped patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, General Nutrition, Obesity, Cancer, and many more throughout my career!

Your first session with Natalie
I will get to know you! What your daily life flow is, what you like and dislike, how you cook, what your favorite ways to cook are, etc. I will ask what you frequently eat, what the past 24 hrs of meals and beverages consisted of, and we will discuss your goals for yourself. This will provide me with the information needed to create a personalized plan just for you!
